I live in New York City and enjoy learning about its history. I wrote this article (click below) for my neighbors on Charlton Street, one of the city’s oldest residential blocks. We can truly say that George Washington slept here. Perhaps my article will inspire others to explore and write down the stories of the communities in which they live.
